Payment
Therapies can be paid for by cash, cheque, credit/debit card or gift vouchers, though our practitioners prefer to be paid directly by cash or cheque.
Gift vouchers
Neals Yard Remedies Gift vouchers can be purchased online or by calling 0845 262 3145 and are available in denominations of £5, £10 and £25.
Cancellation Policy
The full fee is charged for cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
